• 18:10: The Frugal FinOps Practitioner by Richie Jones: For 2024, one of my New Years Resolutions is: “be more Frugal”. At AWS one of our Leadership Principals is “Frugality”. As more and more organizations adopt FinOps we will discuss how Frugality and FinOps are interwoven on the path to success.

About Richie:
Richie Jones is an Enterprise Technologist, working with customers to accelerate adoption of the cloud . Previous to AWS Richie worked for Dun & Bradstreet (DnB), where he served as Senior Vice President reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.
While at Dun & Bradstreet, Richie was responsible for their enterprise Data Lake, API and File Delivery platforms, as well as the company’s legacy product portfolio. He launched Dun & Bradstreet’s first hosted cloud product on AWS, and was responsible for the modernization and transformation of Dun & Bradstreet’s application stack. Prior to that, Richie worked for Accenture and Royal & Sun Alliance.
